While advertising as tattoos can be effective, I think it really depends on the people that are getting the tattoos. For example: a person wearing a tattoo for tactical snow gear, who lives in Texas, wouldn’t be ideal for tattoo advertising.

This could be an effective way of marketing but as Tanner said, with everyone being so mobile, it would make it hard to have the human body serve as a full time billboard.
