My Logo is Bigger than Yours

Dodge announced at the recent Detroit Auto Show that they are going to display their Ram-head logo on its flagship truck 250% larger than before. Kicking Tires, an automobile blog went out and compared the actual size in area of eight full size trucks.
Here are the results:
- GMC Sierra 63.8 square inches
- Chevrolet Silverado 38.4 square inches
- Chevrolet Avalanche 38.4 square inches
- Nissan Titan 35.8 square inches
- Dodge Ram 33.1 square inches
- For F-150 31.5 square inches
- Toyota Tundra 30.4 square inches
- Hummer H2 SUT 25 square inches
I’m not sure what to think of this. Maybe it means that all you need to do for branding is make your logo bigger…

Wow, that is hilarious. I had no idea their logo was that big. But I guess it is their grill, they might as well make it a billboard. Of course, they have to make all of the pickups tall enough so when you look out the back window of your car all you see is the giant GMC logo.
