IGNORE all these ignorant posts. Check out the video. This is 100% Legal as blowing bubbles into the air. They are using a long lasting glycerin formula, Same stuff that is in soap. They are forming bubbles filled with a mixture of Helium and AIR mix to offer just enough lift. 100% Helium would be too light and not be as easy for form shapes. The bubbles are extruded and cut releasing it. It is 100% Biodegradable. If a bird were to fly into it. It would simply break apart in lots of bubble pieces. This works in Calm winds. When it hit higher altitude with more turbulent wind it would break apart and vanish
It’s actually a sound and safe idea. Other ideas would be to add food coloring or glitter for an added effect. I'm sure this could easily be scaled up to 6 or 12 feet

@ the Fred

It may be illegal because of the chemical makeup, or because of the intrusive nature of the designs. People would, as has been said, be prone to paying more attention to the strange "cloud" than to the road.

I am against ads in general. Times Square would be much more beautiful if there were no ads there, but art instead.

I'm with Richard on this one. I think our vision has enough clutter due to advertising without the sky being polluted too. When I hear about this, I imagine a future with logos cluttering the sky.

Flogo is a stupid, ugly idea. I don't even have the freedom now to look at the sky without encountering a @#$%^&* ad!
It stinks!

Very cool though I question the legality of releasing them say into a crowded city block, I can't wait for the microsoft logo to stick to someone's car and cause an accident.
