Not bad. Capitalize the “services” and remove the second healthsync. This is where you really need to sit down with the client and convince them that the redundant word is not useful. That’s like saying “Apple apple computers”.
Italicize SERVICES slightly to match the angle of HealthSYNC. Try removing one or both of the gradient lines. The key is to remove anything unnecessary. I would also remove the top and bottom swirl and maybe thicken it.
Be careful when using all lower case between two lines. The type appears to sit too low between the two lines. Try dropping the bottom line and loosing the gradient in the remaining line. A gradient line can be very hard area to trap when printing at smaller sizes and is not necessary. Play with the line weight and color. It may appear too heavy.
I am curios to know that actual name of the company? If the name of the company is just “HealthSync”, than I would suggest leaving the tagline out. As far as execution, work on the combination of blues used. Either keep it simple and use just one color, or pick a completely different contrasting color.
Nice choice in font selection for HealthSYNC. I would make the tagline text in all uppercase so it balances better between the two horizontal lines equally. Also, lose the additional instance of “healthsync” as mentioned before.
I think I would prefer the horizontal lines without the gradient. Try making them solid using the darker blue color and then make the “SERIVCES” text in the same blue as the HealthSYNC text above.
With regard to the icon…. I feel it is too basic. I like the concept of overlapping and movement, but I don’t feel that the icon is complementing the design. I would try something different for the icon or really tune this into something representative to the company.

Thanks for the feedback! The actual name of the company is HealthSync Services, but dropping the second healthsync is a good idea. Thanks again!
