It’s got the simplicity that a logo should have, now we just need the “hook”. Something that will set this logo apart. Right now it looks a little generic. Keep exploring. Is there a way to make the letters more interesting? Some cool combination of the letters, or integrate it with some pixels or a monitor or something? Because right now, you just have a bunch of competing shapes that don’t really represent ANY company. The text is not aligned, and its box shape competes with the oval. Lose the oval or have the text flow with it, so it looks like it was made as one piece. I hope this makes sense.

Ditch the enclosure altogether. Try keeping the thicknes of the iconic letters consistent. I can envision the “B” being created using the “C” letterforms. After you’ve tackled that issue, align technologies to the edges of the icon and you should have a solid mark.

Since the previous recommendations were to ditch the oval, I’ll recommend keeping it, but “IF” you do you will need to incorporate the text into it a lot better. If you are trying for a 3-D look, the text needs to have the same characteristics. That doesn’t mean a simple bevel and emboss will work, get creative and make this mark stand out. Make the above mentioned changes regarding the text relationship issues, and incorporate that with some extra thought and execution, and this could work.
