I really like the outer edge shape. I wonder what it would look like with the background a solid light grey as opposed to stroked and then the lettering for “do” in white sort of passing through or out of the background like film.
I like the placement of the icon, just not sure about the icon itself. I think this could be approved upon. Are those lines audio waves?
The font selection is nice. Maybe try connecting the top of the “c” and the “a”. Could be seen as rolling film?
Overall I feel this is a great start. : )

The icon protion of the logo may be over done slightly. There is a shape within a shape with lines flowing through it. I would try making the outer square shape a solid yellow (no gray outline) and drop the extra inner shape. The lines could be reversed from the square.
The text is nice. I’m not to excited about the ‘d’ crossing the thin gray line. You might see what it looks like without the gray line around the name and just the yellow box to the left. Try using the ‘o’ in ‘do’ for the size and shape of icon. I hope I articulated that ok.
Not a bad start.

The corners of the font are rounded off, so the corners of the icon should be, too. Text needs to match graphic wherever possible.

The icon and the text look unrelated graphically. You’ve got a dainty font (which is fine) with a bulky, thick icon. This icon isn’t unique - it’s been done before and it doesn’t say advertising or animation. Find a way to make the logo consistent and say something about yourelves in a simple and unique way.
