Not bad. I like that the 3 is going over the G. Fonts look fine. I’d make a few minor tweaks.
Lose the “inc”. You need to really urge them to get rid of it, because it makes them look UNprofessional, instead of adding to their image.
The 3 needs to be a darker shade.
The “group” can be moved over to the left so it’s behind the 3. It would make the logo a little more compact, with less white space.

Lose the line underneath the logo and the inc. The 3 needs to be re-worked. The swooshy end is lacking finesse - the thick to thin isn’t right. If it must overlap other letterforms make it purposeful. Right now the overlapping looks like a mistake. The Eurostile font tends to date the logo a bit.
