The biggest problem is the real estate taken by the abstract columns on the left. Simplify! You can easily get rid of atleast 2 of them (the two on the left). I would keep the tops of all three the same (ditch the angle on the top of the middle one). No for the type…How important is it really that the letters PRS stand out? Or the word INC? I would make the size relationship between the PRS closer to the rest of each word. Because of how big the Initial cap letters are in relation to the rest of each word, there are spacing problems that make this seem unprofessional. Also, many people make the mistake of adding inc. to their name. I would submit that it be taken off. Look at some of the well known business for example…chances are you won’t see the “inc.” included

Of course you know what I’m going to say first. Lose the “inc”.
This is trying to hard to do too many things. Don’t try to make it an acronym if you’re going to have the spelled-out words WITH the initials. Choose one or the other. I would go with PRS, with the spelled out words much smaller below. Then they can eventually phase that out.
Since anyone can make gradients nowadays, there needs to be a purpose to them. And they should be used sparingly, if at all. The buidlings are too jumbled, and too big for the logo. Why use 5 buildings, when 3 communicate the same thing?

Are these buildings or round steel tubes? Lose the left two tubes and remove the gradient from the remaining. The typography is undesirable. It would look better just typed straight out. The kearning is bad and the initial caps are too large for the rest of the text. This logo needs an overhaul top to bottom.
