It may be time to go back to the drawing board with this one. The typography needs to be reworked completely. Just because it’s “western” doesn’t mean you have to use so-called “western” fonts, but even if you do, warping them every which way isn’t the answer. The small icon at the upper right is lost in relation to the entire logo and probably isn’t necessary anyway. The spatter brush stroke looks more like paint than dirt. Try a one color typographical solution. Maybe something circular with a rope around it.

That’s a strange entry for “company info”. I was hoping to learn about this roundup, and the company that is asking you to design this. I don’t know what PBR, Inside Fitness, and the National Hockey League have to do with it.
So, I’m assuming this is some kind of rodeo, possibly on 4-wheelers? This could be expressed a lot better with a graphic. The rope and “dirt” spatters are a start, but nowhere close to communicating the message. And the longhorn logo is confusing…
I would suggest a simple illustration of some moment of the rodeo that gets the crowd on their feet. Let the emotion of that moment be the theme of the logo, and tie it all together with 2 colors and attractive fonts. Good luck.
