This logo makes me happy. You're actually tying the text with the graphic, and it makes me want to shake you warmly by the hand, cheri.

OK, I usually hate stretching text, but I think we could get away with slightly modifying that l so it fits the curvature of the ladder. Experiment with that.

I love that the ladder is curved. You dont think of that when you're drawing a ladder usually, so it shows good creativity and makes the logo fun. I like the way the ladder is drawn...maybe you could increase the verticality of it to match the font...yeah, try that before you try adjusting the text.

"properties" should be uppercase to fit the space better, and slightly increased in size. Good job.

I like the ladder as well. There could be a little more of a connection between the icon and the text. It would be nice if the "e" to "r" connection at the end of ladder was smoother. The word "properties" is the one element that doesn't seem to flow with the rest of the composition. All in all, not a bad logo.

Nice mark with the ladder! I can see why you picked the font you used, but It isn't working as well as it could. The curved text mimicking the ladder is nice, but I don't like the brushed script at all. Try customizing another style of font that more closely mimicks the elements of the ladder. The font for properties doesn't work here either. This is a strong start, and with a little more put into the text usage, this will be a nice piece.

I really like this logo. It has some good qualities, such as It being simple and the focus is one the icon and company name. The only thing I would suggest trying is having the icon and font similar in characteristics. Meaning, the font has rounded corners where the ladder has square corners. I like how the ladder curves similar to the font but making the corners all rounded might just be enough to finish it off. Also, don't be scared of altering the font to make the curve similar to the ladders curve.
Very well done.
