I like this logo. It might be a little heavy on the right. To off set that you might bold the ‘en’ instead of ’space.’ The ‘e’ on creative could be kerned in slightly, but overall I like it!

This is not a bad logo. I think having the “creative” in red on the right side makes the logo off balanced. Ben had a good idea about how to correct that. I would just question why you are using the “*”. I don’t mind it but make sure it has a purpose. There are a lot of well known companies that use the asterisk. Also, it would be a good idea to know what an en space is.
Overall, you are on the right path. I really like the simplicity of it. Good Job.

Tpmy’s right. We as designers and layout people know what an en space is, but maybe others would not. Maybe those that don’t know aren’t in your target market, though, so it’s a cool little “insider” thing.
I would use a different symbol, and balance it more to the right. It’s very left-heavy.

I cant beleive I just mixed up my left and right. Usually I know that much, but not today, i guess.
