We as designers and layout people know what an en space is, but maybe others would not. Maybe those that don't know aren't in your target market, though, so it's a cool little "insider" thing. I think having the "creative" in red on the right side makes the logo off balanced. Ben had a good idea about how to correct that. I would just question why you are using the "*". I don't mind it but make sure it has a purpose. There are a lot of well known companies that use the asterisk. Also, it would be a good idea to know what an en space is.
