I like this logo. It is very simple. For some reason I think of the Goodwill logo. I would adjust the kerning on the text and add some more foot to the letter L. The colored dot on the letter I is a nice touch and ties in with the shape of the icon as well. Nice proportionate design.

I immediately liked the colors and the simplicity.

My first impression of this logo is that it’s great, one of the best I have seen in a while.
I see this logo working for a great online business, most likely dealing with e-mail (because of the @ symbol discretely hidden in the logo).
What’s the purpose of the logo? What exactly is Silkweb? The logo means very little if it doesn’t represent part of the business or project.
Overall it looks great, but you can’t get accurate reviews unless we know exactly what it will be used for.

I immediately like it, because it reads easy and has nice colors. I’m a little confused what the company is, though. You dont need to tell the whole company story, but at least a hint would be nice. And why the lower-case “a”? Is that intentional?

i think this logo sucks. There is absolutely no connection to silkweb and this design. I say go back to the dreawing board/

First of all thanks for taking the time in reviewing my logo.
I checked the site a few weeks after i sent the review request, but since there was no response i thought it didn’t have what it takes to be shown here.
To answer some of the questions above:
- the logo is for a web design and web development company. It had to be something easy to remember, simple.
- the @ was intentional. It had to have something to remind you of the web.
The reason i didn’t give any clues was because i wanted to know if the icon was suggesting the web ideea.
Anyway, thanks a lot, and if now, after knowing what the company does, you can make more accurate reviews, i am happy to hear them.
Best regards

hmmm, it’s kind of funny for a web design company to buy a logo :))
