The gray text is hard to read. I think that it needs to be darker.
The bottom line of text should be larger as well.
The graphic doesn’t really say construction or real estate to me. I like the look of it but I question whether it sends any relevant message.

I agree with John that the grey text should be darker. I would just completely drop the tagline underneath. I don’t think it is necessary.
The graphic reminds me of a telecom/broadband provider and nothing to do with construction. I like the font and the look of it altogether, but I think it could use some minor reworking.

I think the font is fine for the “PrataParque” but the small test underneath should be put in a more readable font. Maybe a more traditional sans-serif font. Also, you need to look into the kerning of the letters. I don’t really have a problem with the icon but I’m not a big fan of the gradient.
I think you are off to a good start. Keep adjusting it and applying some of these comments and you’ll come out with a good logo.

This logo does not say “real estate & construction” to me. It has the look and feel of a high tech or electronic company. If this is the affect you were going for, great.
Also, the grey text is a little too light. Right now it is about 30% black. If you were to increase that to around 60 or 70%, it will be more legible and work best for all marketing purposes.
I agree with John’s prior comment that the tagline is too small. Try extending the tail of the “q” down a little ways, and the extending the tagline text to meet the base of the “q.” This will give you a more custom look by tying the tagline and title together.

Generally, the darkest color should be the text. That way it’s read the fastest. There are exceptions to this, but I wouldn’t say this is one of them.
Gradients are fine, but it shouldn’t be a vital part of the design, like it is here. And I agree with Curt. It doesnt have the feel of a construction company.
