I have to agree with the other two comments, this really isn't that great a logo at all. If everything had been custom drawn so it flowed together it might be ok, but as it is it look like mismatched clipart. Just my 2 cents.

It looks like a BMW hit a dove. Poor thing.

There's 3 different elements that don't tie in together. If you're going to have 3 different elements, have them be one in spirit and purpose (I'm sure youre familiar with that concept).

Best not to use clip art. Sorry, but this just doesnt work.

I have to say, this logo is extremely cliche; and not in just one way. Almost every aspect of this logo is awful. You've gone ahead and found everything related to churches and slapped it over a beveled sphere (which was popular back in 2006).

Instead of trying to create a busy, cliche-filled, "picture", focus on creating a unique and memorable symbol.

Don't give up, but this is definitely not a good logo. I'm sure you will find a lot of other ideas that not only work well, but look great. You can even go read an article I recently wrote about identifying the perfect logo: http://creativecoding.webforumz.com/editions/2008/january/articles/identify-the-perfect-logo.php
