I’m not a designer, so take my opinion with a grain of salt… I feel that the white border around the BSU crest comes off as sketchy and, therefore, temporary. I assume this is the exact opposite of your aim. Also, for some reason, the angle of the same border throws me off. It might be better if it was squared off more. I did a quick Google search for “BSM Ministry” and realized that this organization is fairly large. I’d like to suggest incorporating the already established logo (although, when I first saw it, it reminded me of a symbol for chaos) into your own design, somewhere, to better communicate what your all about. Like I said, I’m not a designer. I’m just facinated by this stuff and noticed that no one else was commenting. Good luck!

The Lack of commentary on this logo says to me that the logo is not very interesting. It doesn’t look terrible but it’s just kinda blah.

is that a football or frisbee? maybe you can put BSU down one of the Ms legs in gold.those letters need to be darker so they can be seen first.i just watched a podcast from here and that was mentioned.im just learning and not a pro, yet.

Well, while I do agree with John, it does convey the message that it represents a collegiate ’something’. Other than that it doesn’t convey much. It is nicely put together however there are hundreds of logos for colleges like that. One thing you could do is find one or two things the school is best known for and begin again. Work from those, and research other schools but don’t steal their ideas…just use them as a launching point for something different and fresh.
