Get a designer now. It's worth the money. This is not something you can do yourself.

I think its a good start with the image. I can see this head in a cabin. now you have to take the next step and simplify the image. also why blue? Make sure the color you choose make sense. look at wood cut items for inspiration for your type.

I agree with Chris: this looks more like a horrible business card than a logo. It's extremely cluttered and very busy. The logo should be simple and easy to recognize, not include more than two or three words, and preferably not be inside of a box with a gradient.

Much better to see now.
Now I can see that the skull has too much texture, not clean enough. If it was just the outlines, that would help. At this point, the style of illustration does not match the font. I think the antlers being behind the text makes it more difficult to read. The gradient in the box behind doesn't work for a logo either. My other comments still apply about the other text, etc.

This is so small it is difficult to see. Granted, that shouldn't really matter for a logo, but since it is a problem here, it might be because of the logo? From what I can see though, it looks more like a business card or advert. Logos shouldn't have the address, phone number, business hours, etc. Since this is more like an advert, I am wondering if the logo is just the text, or the text with the skull? I like the drawing of the skull, thought it might be nice to have variations in the stroke. The font looks to match the type of company, and even by itself I like it.
Anyway, it would be nice to see it larger.
