		<description>I completely agree with Chris, the little embellished stick figure routine is WAY overplayed. This one in particular looks more like an ad for a Circus Act, than a Business Coach.
I mean that in the nicest way, but seriously you could have a much better icon. I would use a different color to break up the text somehow, there is really nothing eye catching at this point.
I do like the font, but again, possibly use a second font to break it up somehow.</description>

		<description>This isn't a bad logo, the colors are nice, The font is fine, though some of the kerning could be better (In Excellere anyway). The thing is, it reminds me of every business coach/consultant everywhere. It just seems so generic I guess.</description>
