Way to much going on. I want to read it as Digital Zonal or something like that. The globe does not work for me and the ‘Z’ reminds me of a workout studio. Nice otherwise.

This logo makes me want to have a seizure. Seriously, way too many colors/graphics/fonts and swooshes mainly.
DON’T try to say everything you do in a logo, especially when it’s all such generic imagery.
Honestly you need to start over on this one, don’t keep any elements except for your name, arrange into a logical order, use 1-2 colors, and apply a single, simple, graphic if you have to.
